What happens when my free trial ends?: Nothing is deleted. You can still log in and see your customers, follow-ups and sales. Choose a plan to keep adding customers and sending messages.
What counts towards my customer limit?: Active customers in your business. Archived customers don't count. If you reach your limit, nothing is removed — you'll be asked to upgrade before adding more.
Who counts as a team member?: Managers and staff you invite. The owner is always included and doesn't use a seat.
Are WhatsApp messages included?: Yes — ReConnect never charges per message, and when you send from your own WhatsApp (the usual way) there are no message fees at all. Only if you choose automatic sending through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform does Meta charge some messages, billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account.
Can I pay by bank transfer?: Yes. Pay upfront for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months by bank transfer, USSD or card — nothing renews automatically, and we remind you a week before it ends. Paying for longer costs less: 5% off for 3 months, 10% off for 6, and 2 months free when you pay for 12.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Plans paid upfront simply end unless you pay again. Monthly card plans can be turned off from Billing at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I pay?: In Naira, through Paystack: upfront by bank transfer, USSD or card, or monthly by card. Your card details go to Paystack — ReConnect never sees or stores them.
Do you have a referral reward?: Yes. Share your link from “Refer a business”. When a business you referred makes its first payment, you both get a month free.
